Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  International orders are excluded from returns - all International orders are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, not soiled, and in its original packaging. Please use the original packaging and also include your packing slip with the returned items. 

To start a return, please submit a return request on our RETURNS PAGE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you are approved, and once your item is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days unless a store credit is requested.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If shipping was included in your order, you will be refunded your original amount minus $7.50 (or the actual amount whichever is greater) for shipping. 

We reserve the right to withhold up to a 5% restocking fee for any refund (this is required to cover credit card and other processing fees that we do not recover on cancelled orders).  We will withhold this amount on any order that is cancelled due to "I changed my mind".  We reserve the right to withhold the restocking fee or the entire amount if the item is returned in unsaleable condition.

International orders are excluded from refunds - all International orders are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

International orders are non-returnable - all International orders are final sale.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  International orders cannot be exchanged - all International orders are final sale.
